Chipping consists of turning the remaining branches into wood chips using a chipper. It is an efficient and fast way to dispose of bulky materials. This service is normally included following felling or land clearing.

 

 

Not every tree is in an ideal location for us to remove (small backyard, leaning over a house, near power lines). In some circumstances, bringing in a crane is the only way to remove a tree safely . Using a crane allows us to climb up and remove the tree section by section, safely lowering each piece to the ground to be dismantled properly there.

The felling of a tree is an extreme measure of removing a tree that poses a danger to people and surrounding property. Tree Top Services is able to advise you on the severity of the tree's danger and will be able to determine if there are other possibilities available before resorting to this sometimes unavoidable technique. The service is professional and the tree in question is cut in pieces, from the top to the stump.

 

You have a single tree to plant? Contact us and we will deliver the tree of any size, plant it, water it, and fertilize it. We will also provide you with information for the long term care of the tree. 

 

An Approver since 2010, Mario (with Caro's help) is able to accompany you through the Ontario Advanced Forest Tax Incentive Program (MFTIP) process. You not only get a reduction municipal taxes; they can also aid in developing activities and operations on your private woodlot property. The wooded property must have a minimum of 9.88 acres (4 ha) of area.

Stump grinding is used to remove stumps that have remained in the soil following the felling of trees. The stump is ground to a depth of 30 cm. This service includes cleaning the debris as well as filling the hole, which will then be levelled and sprinkled with quality grass seed. It is an aesthetic and practical solution for a clean and healthy landscape. Note that this is the only service not available in winter.
